Rahul Dutta is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA 549) in India. He holds LL.M in IPR from National Law University, Jodhpur. He stood first in the first three batches and was awarded a Gold Medal for achieving this academic distinction. He studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in Graduation. Advance Post Graduate Diploma in Information System Management and Diploma in Web Technologies speak about his interest in Computer Science and web technology. He enjoys analyzing techno-legal problems, handling legal aspects of managing technology and dealing with subject matters of diversified fields. An inquisitive brain in him helps him learning.

He established Intellectual Property Lab in October 2005. To serve the needs of diversified technologies Intellectual Property Lab has a team of consultants specializing in their respective subject matters. Intellectual Property Lab has well connected network to meet the deadlines before Indian and foreign authorities.

Rahul is a member of International Bar Association (IBA), Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA) and Licensing Executives Society (LES).
