This is a open space for technology transactions. Investors are invited to bid for the advertised technologies/patents/ applied patents. Similarly, inventors are invited for parking their technologies in search of technology commercialization.

Basically this service has been designed keeping the inability of individual inventors, who find it tough to find investors for their technologies. Parking is free of cost and the fee is applicable only at the time of technology transfer @1% of the transaction cost.
